Model ST108   Rain Shower™ Combination Showerhead

Problem:
After correct installation of the product, some consumers have experienced
extremely low water flow though the showerheads. Due to dimensional
differences in some consumers' bathroom wall shower pipe plumbing, the thin
rubber washer (washer #1 in the Connection A area) included with this
showerhead may become deformed and will actually restrict water flow.

Solution:

Remove the thin rubber washer # 1 found in Connection A. Unscrew the diverter
valve at Connection A from the shower wall plumbing and remove and discard
the thin rubber washer shown as # 1 in the instructions. Screw the showerhead
parts back to the wall shower pipe, and the water flow should be much improved.

Alignment:

If you experience any problem with the vertical alignment of the showerhead
once you have removed the thin rubber washer and reassembled the showerhead
to the wall plumbing, you will need to:
Add more thread sealing tape to the shower wall pipe threads - as shown at
Connection A. An additional amount of thread sealing tape will help to tighten
the threaded Connection A so that it stops and becomes tight at a vertical
alignment for the assembled showerhead.
