UPS Ground and Air
From the time of receipt, all orders are shipped within 24 hours via UPS Ground or Air depending on the choice you make during checkout. UPS will not deliver to PO boxes, please provide a street address. Please verify that your shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order.
We ship from Napa, California which means that UPS Ground orders to the east coast could take between 7 and 10 days to arrive. Your patience is appreciated. If you would like a faster shipment, choose from the available UPS Air options during checkout.

USPS Shipping
We also offer a selection of shipping options through the United States Postal Service. For small packages, these options are often more cost-effective than UPS shipping. However, "order tracking" and "signature on delivery" features are not available through these USPS options.

International
International shipping options will be provided by UPS during checkout.

Canadian orders are subject to duty fees which are the
responsibility of the customer.
